If we’re keeping up with a home that’s already in rhythm, a recurring clean is perfect. If it’s been a while, or there are corners, cabinets, and overlooked areas calling your name, start with a deep clean, then keep it easy with recurring visits. Your free assessment will tell us which fits.

Recurring cleanings start at $100 per visit and hourly Mother’s Helper support starts at $50/hour. Your free assessment gets you an exact plan and price, with no surprises.

We focus on residential homes. Moving in or out? Our move-in/move-out clean has you covered.

Our cleaning hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We can’t guarantee an exact arrival time, so please plan for a window of 30 minutes before or after your scheduled time. If you’d like an estimated arrival window, contact the office the day before your visit. Your day of service is guaranteed: we never change your service date without your approval.

Most clients provide a unique door code or lockbox code. Please turn off your alarm system on cleaning day, or if you prefer to leave it armed, give us instructions for disarming and rearming it.

Have your home picked up and ready for cleaning. This keeps your visit on time and on budget. Let any guests know we’re coming and that we may need access to their space, and tell the office if anyone we wouldn’t recognize will be in your home, so no one is surprised.

For safety, please ensure children are supervised while we clean. We love animals! If your pet is aggressive, please kennel them, keep them in a room we aren’t cleaning, or keep them outside during your visit.

We accept checks, cash, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfers. Payment is due before the start of your scheduled service. If paying cash, please put it in a sealed envelope addressed to the office.

A tip is neither expected nor required. It’s completely optional and at your discretion. You can add a permanent tip as a line item on your invoice (just let our office staff know), or give cash directly to your cleaner.

To keep our team safe, technicians don’t climb higher than a two-step ladder, move heavy furniture, handle animal or human waste (per OSHA regulations), clean homes with live infestations until mitigated, or remove excess mold and mildew outside of the shower.

We take before-and-after photos of our work for training, proof of performance, and promotion. If you’d rather we didn’t photograph work areas in your home, just let us know when you schedule your cleaning.
